Abstract: The present century is not limited only to Mars exploration and Artificial Intelligence, but it is also an era of contestation and conflicts over large dams. As the preceding discussion reveals, dams are double-edged swords that involve two conscious actions being played out almost simultaneously under the broad rubric of development.
